Returns:

  • Eligibility: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for returns due to defects, damage, or contamination.
  • No Refunds for:

Refunds:

  • After inspection, if approved, refunds are processed within 5 days to the original payment method.
  • Not Refundable: Products that are not to your taste.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company if a refund hasn’t posted after 5 days. If still unresolved, contact us !

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return. Otherwise, the gift giver will be refunded.

Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. For items over $50, consider using a trackable service.

Substitution Policy:

  • We may substitute items with equal or greater value without notice if the original item is unavailable.
